My therapy services are currently available (via video or telephone) to clients across the UK. In my experience most people who undertake remote counselling prefer utilising a webcam so that we can see each other as we speak.
We communicate with far more than our voices and so much of what we communicate can be lost if we’re not able to see each other’s facial expressions and body language. Nevertheless, some people may feel more comfortable on the telephone. I want to work with your preferences.
