Finding forgiveness

Sometimes when you’ve been the victim of an injustice, when you’ve been treated unfairly or with contempt it can be very hard to forgive.

The pain and the anger you’re left with can become a distraction, an irritant that prevents you from living authentically, experiencing life fully and can taint other important relationships.

Therapy can be an opportunity to unpack the past and find a way to forgive primarily for yourself so you can re-engage with your life without the weight of anger and regret.
