Cultivating purpose

Sometimes we lose sight of who we are and what we want from life. It can feel like we’re just going through the motions. Everyday can feel like Ground-Hog Day!

These thoughts and feelings are often associated with the terms ‘Quarter-Life’ or ‘Mid-Life Crisis’ but “Who am I” or "Who do I want to be when I grow up?" is one of the most important questions you can ask whether you’re in your 20s… 30s… 40s… 50s… 60s… and up.

Rather than a crisis this can be a chrysalis, an opportunity to leave behind what no longer serves you and imagine what living a meaningful life looks like for you.

Key hallmarks of my therapeutic approach include ensuring you feel heard, listening to your story to engage respectfully and empathetically with your insights, and feelings.
